For orders within the United States:

• Domestic Ground Shipping: Please allow 4–5 business days for delivery.

For international orders:

• International Standard Shipping: Rates vary based on location. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn and unaltered.
• Must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds & Credits

• With a receipt: A refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Without a receipt: A store credit will be issued for the current selling price.
• Price adjustments may be requested within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt and will be refunded to the original payment method.

Processing Time

• Returns are processed within approximately 10 days of receiving your merchandise.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.
• Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.

 

Additional Notes

• Lacquer Passion reserves the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet return policy requirements.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error on our part.
